comfy roomswell-equipped gymkid friendly poolincluded tickets
the rooms were comfy. the gym has great equipment , including treadmills and stationary bikes. the kid-friendly pool was a hit with my children. i found the proximity to amusement parks very convenient , and i really appreciated included tickets.

breakfast offered a wide variety , and seraphine greeted everyone with smiles. the restaurant had great variety , and i found the food to be delicious. the executive lounge access added great value.

this place is near etihad arena , perfect if you want to catch a show. the hotel provides easy access to theme parks , and you can use a shuttle bus to get there. the hotel is really close to many recreational activities.

nang and othman from reception were efficient and cute. the staff were helpful when i inquired about something. munisa from the executive lounge provided super service. juliet , the lifeguard , ensured everyone's safety by the pool.

it seemed like a long walk every time. the shower drain wasn't working properly. The water was pilling up. plus, there were no cups in the room when we arrived, it was annoying.

the location had a lot nearby so thats good.
my beautiful king room was a letdown because its floor was nasty, it didn't look like it had been cleaned well. the bed also weren't comfortable at all. i feel that for what i spend the rooms should have been cleaner and more comfy, its not really acceptable.

The pool was a highlight. i spend several days lounging. waruna at the pool bar made sure my drinks arrived quickly, which i appreciated. the hotel is also close to theme parks. It was only a ten minute trip.
the check-in process need improvements. i waited for forty-five minutes to check in. one morning, there was a major flood. water flowed in from the ceiling, it was a big inconvenience.
